Hello,
I wrote a script last year that accepted as arguments
'threshdesc','thresh', and 'extent', and created a job structure to
automate some small-volume correction stuff (using spm_VOI and
spm_list). However, since the latest spm5 update (826), it doesn't work.
It always asks to select an SPM.mat, or if I pass SPM.mat as an
argument, it opens up spm_conman. Here's what the job structure setup in
the script looks like:
job.stats.results = struct( ...
'spmmat', {{'SPM.mat'}}, ...
'conspec', struct(...
'contrasts', 1, ...
'mask', '', ...
'titlestr', SPM.xCon.name, ...
'threshdesc', threshdesc, ...
'thresh', thresh, ...
'extent', extent), ...
'print', 0);
[SPM, xSPM] = spm_getSPM(job);
I would like it to just run without user intervention (e.g. just pass in
'none', 0.001, and k=10 and let it run), but am stumped. It seems to be
the correct structure according to spm_config_results.m. Any thoughts?
thanks,
Chris
