In SPM5, you can save this job (as .m or .mat file), modify it and then
call spm_jobman('run',...). In SPM8, you would not even need to modify
the job outside spm_jobman. Instead, you would leave the input file and
matrix unassigned ('<-X' marked) and then use spm_jobman('serial',...)
with a list of jobs and a list of input arguments.
