Thanks for this. I made a mistake in the starting estimates for the affine
transform (which only effects people who have different settings for their
DARTEL import step). The fix will be included in the next set of SPM8
updates, and involves changing line 86 of spm8/toolbox/DARTEL/spm_klaff.m
from:
M = Ng.mat\Nf.mat;
to:
M = Nf.mat\Ng.mat;
