According to the online Robert Graves Archive, Jon, the poem you mention is in the easily available Penguin, Selected Poems, ed.Paul O'Prey, 1986. I have Graves's own 1961 Penguin selection, which of course does not contain it. Poets so seldom know...

No doubt there are editions of various quality, but since it's my
desert island, I get to take the books I'm familiar with.
I knew about the Penguin Graves, but if I remember correctly when it
came out it was in hardback and hideously expensive. I see it's in
paperback now and will have to get it.
I hope it includes "The Clipped Stater," a poem which ought to be a
classic of English literature but which for some reason is never
anthologized (that I know) and isn't included in most of the various
Graves collections.
