Lecturer in Consumer Research and Marketing
Agricultural and Food Economics
This appointment is full-time, permanent
Grade 7 -£33,432 to £44,930 per annum
Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Consumer Research
and Marketing to contribute to our collaborative degree in Consumer
Behaviour and Marketing and to research in our multidisciplinary
School
The appointee is expected to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate
teaching and to demonstrate the ability and willingness to engage with
the further development of the BSc Consumer Behaviour and Marketing.
The ability to contribute to ongoing research projects and the
potential to attract research funding are important.
You will have:
a PhD or equivalent in a relevant area
a desire to build on the theoretical basis of marketing in an applied
multidisciplinary setting
proven ability or clear potential for developing a research programme,
securing research funding, and making a significant impact in the
academic literature
excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly those
relevant to educating our BSc and MSc students
an appreciation of the business contexts of consumer research and marketing
