Hi
we are still having ongoing problems with access to NetLibrary. I've
copied a response from OCLC to one of my colleagues below. If you are
still having problems do please contact OCLC so that they can get a true
picture of the extent of it and take action to resolve whatever the
issues are.
Kind regards
Colin

Subject: RE: I0904552 NetLibrary access issue
Dear Sheila,
Thank you for your email, we are investigating so please do not worry.
Also regarding the list postings, we have 4 customers reporting an issue
to date, some with varying degrees of access. As for the consternation
on the listservs, as I mention, only 4 customers have contacted us and
we are unable to respond to anyone else however proactive they may be on
the listservs as we do not access these lists. I would urge you to
advise anyone with an issue that we are investigating the problem, that
currently exists only for some customers with Athens access to report
the issue to support so that we may respond to them when fixed. We are
also still awaiting a response from Eduserv to know whether or not it is
a related issue.
I completely understand the inconvenience this is causing you and your
students, but please be assured the issue is being looked into.
Best wishes,
Joanne
