Hi,
It looks like the estimated motion-correction parameters for
your data differ slightly between the two versions, which leads on to
subtle differences in the subsequent steps ( BET etc ) giving a few
extra super-threshold voxels. It's possible these differences would be
less apparent for corrected voxel/cluster threshold rather than
uncorrected.
