Hi Rebecca,
I would use Featquery on the subject.gfeat file. That should give you what
you want.

Subject: [FSL] ROI on g.feat?
Dear All,
I would like some advice about performing an ROI on my data. I am looking
for
percentage signal change and just want to make sure I am using the correct
file.
I have combined first level analyses using fixed effects to produce a g.feat
per
subject for the task.
My question is which analysis do I perform the ROI on - the 2 first level
analysis (then get the mean of the two values)
OR
the g.feat analysis for each individual subject. In other words use the
g.feat
file as though it is a first level analysis.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Rebecca
