Hi - I would look at filtered_func_data in FSLView, and look at the
timeseries in the visual cortex to see if you can get any idea what's
wrong.
I would also run MELODIC to see if the components it finds (spatially
and temporally) - particularly the activation ones - help understand
what's the problem.
