I am very new to FSL. I am trying to use DTFIT and other programs from the
FDT. I have a bunch of DICOM files I convert to FSL/NIFTI using the
MRIConvert program from the University of Oregon. When the DICOM data is
from a Siemens machine the bvecs and bvals text files are generated in the
conversion, when the data is from a GE machine this is not the case... I
don't think I have the appropriate gradient information from these GE
machine sequences and I need them. Does anyone know what I should do?
Thanks!
