Dear Tom
Regarding AIDS and other viruses, I don't see any need for conspiracy
theories here. We caught AIDS by eating our closest cousins, the non-human
primates. Ebola and some other viruses are unleashed when we invade the
forest for living-space and agricultural development.
AIDS only inflicts misery and in no way can be a means to population
reduction (the same goes for war). In Africa, it is the most potentially
economically productive people who die of AIDS, leaving elderly and
sometimes frail grandparents to cope with numerous grandchildren. AIDS can
only exacerbate our problems.
Regards,
Marie
