Hi,
I'd like to export an assigned 2D 1H,15N HSQC spectrum from one project
into another. Usually I remember to start from the assigned project and
use 'save as', but this time I forgot.
Is DataShifter still the preferred way of doing this, as suggested in
the documentation ? I tried running DataShifter, but got the following
error message :
==============
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "src/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.0/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/DataShifter.py",
line 59, in <module>
from memops.universal.Io import joinPath
ImportError: No module named memops.universal.Io
===============
so I suspect I'm doing something wrong.
Thanks a lot,
Ben
