When you import this kind of data with the FC, the HG* constraints (in
the case of valine) will effectively be 'split up' into HG1* and HG2*
constraint items. So in the CCPN project itself, there are only two
'resonances': HG1* and HG2*, and if the initial constraint was
something like:
(11.HG* - 15.HA)
then you effectively get:
(11.HG1*-15.HA) or (11.HG2*-15.HA)
What could happen is that these are 'recombined' into HG* when they
are taken in by CING... pretty sure all is well in the CCPN project
looking at the output you send (and because the exported files are OK).
