Dear Listmembers,
Details are pasted in this mail of an event being organised by myself, Lyndon Davies
and Graham Hartill at the same time as (but not to be confused with!) the Hay
Literature Festival, namely The Hay Poetry Jamboree. The event is Welsh-themed
simply because we feel it's about time this work was highlighted as a distinct
entity, and because it's what we ourselves are part of. Future Jamborees, if we
get that far, will spread their nets differently. We'd be very happy to see any (and all)
listmembers turn up. There will, of course, be the usual social activities, bookstalls,
poetry press and journal editors, etc., to mingle at and with, unmentioned on the flyer.
With all best wishes (and with the obligatory apology for cross-posting)
John Goodby
