Can someone point me towards a reference (or better software) that will allow me to computer sample size estimates for
(1) Normally distributed outcomes
(2) Binomially distributed outcomes
(3) Survival studies (i.e. time-to-event) analyses
when sampling is not simple random, but rather performed with clusters?
Thanks,
John
