Dear Allstat,
This is a reminder that registration is still open for the 2009 PSI
Conference that is taking place at the Hilton Brighton Metropole from
17th - 20th May 2009
We are delighted to announce that two additional sessions have been
added to the PSI conference programme.
On Monday afternoon there will be a session on CDISC (Clinical Data
Interchange Standards Consortium) with Barry Burnstead (Independent
Consultant) and Arline Nakanishi (Amgen) who are both key senior figures
in the CDISC consortium. The session is designed to add clarity to the
numerous areas of standardisation that CDISC are working on, and how
these standardisation models will ultimately benefit the approval
process and clinical research in general.
On Tuesday afternoon there is also an additional statistical computing
session with talks on Graphics - Deplyment and Production in Drug
Development, highlighting the global trends that we are seeing in
Clinical Development Statistics.
There new sessions are covering topics which are very relevant to
current issues in statistics and statistical programming at the moment
and are sure to be very interesting.
There are also places still available on the half day training course on
Bayesian Hierachical Models which will take place before the main
conference on Sunday 17th May from 13:30 - 17:00.
For further information on the conference and to book your place please
