Hi John,
Thank you very much for your advice, the problem was resolved after I have
installed the update in ‘spm5.tar.gz’ (Revision 352) downloadable from the
spm web page.
I have done all my analyses (including pre-processing) in SPM5 given out
during the SPM Short Course (2006) and just would like to double check with
you whether using the updated version (as specified above) with my
data/analyses (for display and further analyses) would not introduce some
hidden problems/confounds due to, for instance, differences in templates,
and other potential differences between these two spm versions.
Thank you for your help,
Agnieszka

Subject: Re: [SPM] Problem with Render in SPM5
I'm not sure what the caue of the problem is here, but the line numbers
don't
correspond with those of the current updates of SPM5. The last change to
spm_surf.m was made on the 20th Oct, 2006 - so you really should be using a
more recent set of updates (or even SPM8 now).
Best regards,
-John
