Hi there,

not sure about your specific problems, but one source of confusion may
be the connectivity criterion, i.e., when do I count a voxel as being
"connected" with another. As laid out in spm_bwlabel, "this connectivity
criterion could be 6(surface), 18(edge) or 26(corner)". It can be
specified when calling this function, such that only the 6 voxels
directly adjoining a surface of the source voxel are counted as being
"connected" with it (as in the 6 sides of a dice). Maybe MarsBar,
MRicron and SPM use different criterions?
Best,
Marko
