Hi Gonzalo,
This is because the script outputs by default a maximum of 6 peaks (i.e.
it can output less than 6). If you want to get more coordinates, you can
use the "cluster" command, specifying a bigger maximum number of peaks:
cluster --in=<input_image> --thresh=<threshold> --num=<max_number_of_peaks>
