Hi, I seem to have some troubles with the sform/qform information in my
structural images (during a standard BOLSD analysis using FEAT).
I get the following error in the "Higher-level input files preparation,
/imaging/local/linux/bin/fsl-4.1.0/bin/applywarp --ref=reg/standard --in=reg/highres --out=frgrot_PmV3gX --warp=reg/highres2standard_warp --interp=sinc
ERROR: inconsistent left-right order stored in sform and qform in file reg/highres
Using sform instead of qform values
The error appears also when I use BET, and appears throughout the
remainder of the log.
After an older post I tried using the -deleteorient option, but noticed
that that actually flips right and left.
The only solution I can think of is to use deleteorient and the
fslswapdim to re-flip right and left.
Any other ways of dealing with the issue?
thank you
martin
