To benefit from the discounted rate please register by Wednesday 6th
May.
Recently discussions on the appropriateness of utilising adaptive
designs have mainly concentrated on whether phase 2/3 seamless designs
are acceptable. However there have been many recent examples from
earlier phases where adaptive designs have been run both successfully
and without controversy. This one-day meeting will focus on some of
these real examples specifically concentrating on the early development
and dose finding arenas. Topics considered will include how best to
design these studies with adaptive designs, where do such designs add
value and what are the practical issues to be overcome.
