I think it is Achieva. Maybe it is Intera upgraded to Achieva, that's why you
have the both. But that's only a guess.

I think it could be your PACS, which is stripping all the private tags,
including the properly oriented diffusion vectors, which could not be
consequently identified by MRIcron
I think in this situation it would be the best if you ask your physicist to
retrieve the exam from their local storage (MOD or DVD, more likely) back
into the scanner's database, and export them on the scanner's hard drive.
From there you can take them on a USB and use MRIcron to continue.
