Hello FSL gurus,
I am using FSL in Ubuntu 8.04 32 bits (using a PC), and it works properly
thus far. There is an annoying glitch, though: when I enter the EVs for the
design matrix, the window that opens showing the matrix constructed has a
transparent background, making it impossible to see the matrix. This only
happens to this particular window, all others are opaque and fine to see.
I wonder if this is something that somebody else also encountered and if
there is a proposed solution.
I would also like to suggest one improvement for FSLview: the possibility of
rotating the images displayed. For some reason, my sagital and coronal views
are always rotated, either 90 or even 180 degrees, despite having the
correct orientation labels displayed.
Thank you.
