Ah, that is a small bug I managed to introduce when I added that code to
try and figure out the isotopes of the experiment. So it determines the
ndim by looking for proc2s, etc., files (bizarre, but I guess that's the
only way). But the code was then repeating that for the acqus files, but
that is wrong because there could be multiple pdata directories for a
given set of acqus files, so some 1D, some 2D, etc., so if there is an
acqu2s file it was setting ndim to 2. Anyway, I've fixed that now (on the
update server). I hope this is the only issue you are hitting.
