Dear David,
There were indeed some bugs in the last week's update that have been
fixed since. As Stefan said, all the trials were rejected and that's
why you got that behavior, but the rejection came as a result of a
bug. I also now added a check in spm_eeg_average so that it won't go
ahead and make an empty file if there is no data to average. This
should be in the next update.
