Dear Jaeho,
The distributed source reconstruction works for EEG and MEG in exactly
the same way. It just needs lead-fields for all the sources and these
lead-fields are computed in modality-specific way. VB-ECD is indeed
not available for MEG at the moment due to some technical problems we
are presently working to resolve. We hope to make it available in the
near future.
