Comparison US/UK is especially telling, given the self-imposed risk
factors--similar rates of obesity, similarly fatty, carbohydrate-rich
diet, and higher smoking and drinking rates in UK, despite which you
guys live longer. Genetics is, of course, the throw of the dice.
