We charge £3 per request (either for a loan or a photocopy).Students pay
the same. Others with current Library cards that are non Cambridge
University members are charged £6 per request.
Payment is made when ILL request is placed with us. It can be made in
either cash or cheque. We can issue receipts but it is up to the
individuals to claim money back from their Depts. We refund the whole ILL
fee if we cannot satisfy the request.
