Thank you for your response. I use 3-column custom format. If FSL find that
real time is longer than fMRI volumes, it will not analyze the rest of the
behavioral part, which is not matched the fMRI data. That means I do not
need to remove the longer part of behavioral data, and my previous result is
correct, right? You know I have finished a few subjects' data, I am so worried
because FSL did not tell me the behavioral data is longer than fMRI data, I
know just now that they are not matched perfectly. Do I need to analyze the
data again after removing the longer part of behavioral data? Thank you very
