Hi all,
I'm using FSL in Kubuntu Edgy. I've followed the installation procedure
outlined in FSL page, and everything seems to work fine. But when I try to
use fslchfiletype to convert from NIFTI to ANALYZE the following occurs:
enzo@enzo-desktop:/bin$ fslchfiletype ANALYZE
/home/enzo/Desktop/filtered_func_data_standard.nii.gz
/usr/lib/fsl/fslchfiletype: 82: /bin/remove_ext: not found
/usr/lib/fsl/fslchfiletype: 90: /bin/tmpnam: not found
/usr/lib/fsl/fslchfiletype: 93: /bin/fslchfiletype_exe: not found
/usr/lib/fsl/fslchfiletype: 105: /bin/imtest: not found
[: 105: 1: unexpected operator
Now, the problem seems to be the place where fslchfiletype searchs its
stuff. All those apps are installed in /usr/lib/fsl (as locate reveals).
Does anybody know how could I solve this issue?
thanks!!
