Dear FSL Team,
I am trying to study the white matter changes in a heterogeneous
group of children with varying extend and location of cortical lesions.
Using TBSS, I have difficulties in making a single homogeneous group for
comparison with a group of controls. However, using PET and SPM we were able
to get a reasonable localization of cortical abnormality by comparing a
single subject PET image with a group of control subjects. Using TBSS, I
tried comparing a single skeletonized FA image with a group of control
images using a simple t-test design. It didn't work, I think a single image
won't even produce a standard deviation for a group comparison. Kindly
suggest me a design for such analysis and also, is it possible to include a
covariate such as age in such analysis. Thanks
