If you could compress the folder containing all the ROI masks and email them to me at:

that would be most helpful. If the folder is too large for email, then I will email you a drop box location and if you wouldn;t mind, you could scp it to there.

Jen,
Ashley, Jesse and I have some ROIs already made for several regions
from the MNI 25 and 50% atlases. We probably have slightly different
methods, I will try to send you notes that Ashley sent me. I forward
an old email if i can find it.
