Hi Ariana,
The only other tool that might work for you is fslcc. It will run
cross-correlations between every volume in one dataset and every volume in
another dataset. But this might not be exactly what you want...
Cheers,
David

Subject: [FSL] Calculate Correlation between images from the command line?
Hello,
I'd like to calculate the correlation between two images from the command
line but didn't see a command to do so in fslstats/fslmaths. Is there a
direct way of doing this?
Thank you,
Ariana
