Hi - when you setup the EV timings for most of the setup options this
is in real time (in seconds) and then FEAT takes care of HRF
convovulation and sampling at the actual TRs. So as long as you get
the timings correct, they don't nee to be in TRs (unless you have used
the 1-column custom format).
