Hi,
We no longer support Analyze for writing files, and strongly
encourage everyone to use the nifti format.
This is explicitly stated in the "what's new" for FSL 4.1:
• The outputting of ANALYZE files is no longer supported as the
format is now strongly discouraged.
You can still convert nifti files to analyze using fslchfiletype if
you absolutely must, but we urge you to try using nifti instead.
All the best,
Mark
