Hi Derek,
Sha Zhao (local physicist) does our QA on a weekly basis on each of our
scanners, all using a sphere of 250 ml N-tridecane. ADC is recorded along
the gradient axes plus FA and temperature and these are reviewed regularly
for any obvious glitches. Seems pretty stable on the whole (mean ADC sd ~
+/- 2.5 %), with temperature accounting for a good proportion of the
variation we see.
We don't do regular human 'phantom' scanning.
