I am pretty sure that I wrote this up somewhere - but I can't find it
in the manual. Hmm..
You need to be displaying intermediate atoms (e.g. by using Rot/Trans
Zone). Then click on an intermediate atom (white/whitish) and a static
(conventional) atom. the wiggle about your moving fragment.
