Hello,
Is this with Analysis 2.0.6 and are you on Linux (and if so which variant)
or OSX (or ...), and are you using Tk or OpenGL mode (you are using the
latter if on start-up there are three lines of messages mentioning GL
stuff, otherwise the former)? And has this happened only recently or
longer back (so we can see if it's some recent update)?
And are you doing anything specifically when this happens (e.g. using the
Link Sequential Spin Systems dialog or whatever) or is it just semi-random
when it crashes?
A quick google suggests this could be a threading issue on a multi-core
machine. In Analysis we don't do any explicit threading stuff (well, at
least not that I know of, although we've considered it). But perhaps the
Tcl/Tk drawing thread is getting confused somehow (just a wild guess).
(The FormatConverter can use threading but I don't think this is the issue
here.) (And this might not be a threading issue at all but something
else.)
