Dear all

The EPG problem is now resolved and you should have a full forward looking EPG
available.

The buffer is still not fully populated and it is not clear that we will succeed in recovering
it. Any programmes on the list I sent earlier that can be recovered will be recovered.
Even some of the ones that had an asterisk and we thought were unrecoverable have
been successfully retrieved. This process will take 2-3 more days to be completed.

Once again apologies for this problem and if there were any critical programmes that got
missed please let me know as soon as possible.

CIS have notified me that a 1 hour downtime period may be needed next week to update
some parts of the software in light of what happened. This will ideally be done on
Wednesday afternoon next week but an announcement will go out as soon as possible.

I have also attached the list of programmes that were missed by the system, please note
that some of these are now available in BoB. We did note that one will be repeated today
and if it is not available you can retrieve today's broadcast. To find past performances or
repeats we use BUFVC's TRILT database.

Best wishes

Luis Carrasqueiro
