Hi Madeleine. Just a few thoughts on this. Firstly, I would agree that
the most important thing is to talk with the individual to find out what
support they need. Secondly, don't forget Access to Work support.
Thirdly, who should be located where will depend on all the
circumstances (including roles within the team).
