Agree Adrian with your point and this was mine. Whilst the facts are there
the message that is coming across is not quite the whole picture and leaves
everyone looking at us. I also agree with other comments that this is a
rather extreme case, but that many EDs still feel under incredible pressure
and are completely distracted by this target to the point that it is
impossible to do anything else in terms of service development. This cannot
be good for us?
