Kathy,
Thanks, but I'm trying to run everything through spm_jobman and there isn't a delete directory or files available in the batch utilities.
Since I have 40 participants I don't really want to have to go through everyone and delete the directory (although I could simply do it via a system call in matlab as part of my iteration) I thought there might be a more elegant way. Especially since SPM2 allowed you to specify whether overwrite was automatic or not.

Gordon,
A simple thing to do is to just remove SPM.mat and all other model outputs before re-running.

I'm using a matlab script to iteratively change a batch mode job in SPM5 to re-model some data. Is there a way to stop the "stop continue overwrite"
pop-up and simply force an over-write.
