I've done a quick search on COPAC. The register started in 1888 and finished in
1915. The National Library of Scotland claim to have a complete set. Oxford
University have 1st-3rd, 7th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th editions

Does any one know when the above publication was first published, I
think it was probably around the late 1888s but would be grateful for
confirmation. Also does anyone know where there may be reference
copies? British Library have 1895 - 1911 but I am looking for something
earlier if possible.
