Information Update: I played around a bit and I think I could at least solve
the "tk-problem". There was an rpm-package (kde4-python bindings) that I've
installed. Now, compiling ccpnmr works and I can create a new project by using
the tk-interface. Enabling opengl results in this "missing canvas width" error
message.
The next step was to try the pre-compiled binary. This works fine, as
expected.
After this I copied the Python, Tk and Tcl version from the pre-compiled
package to the root directory of an exctracted analysis version. During the
compiling procedure I pointed analysis to these versions. The result is the
same, Tk works, OpenGL fails to work.
best regards
