The review was conducted as part of a CASE PhD studentship funded by the
Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) in collaboration with The
Princess Royal Trust for Carers.
The review considers both the outcomes of interventions for carers and
explanatory evidence about how these are achieved and contextual factors
influencing their success. The report includes an executive summary and
recommendations for policy makers, commissioners and practitioners.
