Can you help us create postgraduate research opportunities at the
highest level?
The University of Exeter intends to grow its community of postgraduate
research students significantly over the next few years as part of its
overall ambition to become one of the UK's top research intensive
universities.
We need a creative, ambitious, experienced, professional to lead a
portfolio of projects to create a step change in the volume and
quality of postgraduate research studentships and awards.
Successful candidates will have worked within a higher education or
industrial background for a significant period and be experienced
project managers. Experience of marketing, communication and the
University research environment will be essential. All candidates must
have at least a first degree.
You will be part of a busy office (on the University's Streatham
campus in Exeter) that develops and manages projects ranging from
large-scale multinational collaborative research projects to contract
research, consultancy and knowledge transfer with business and
community organisations. You will work closely with academic schools
and University professional services.
The starting salary will be circa £31K, depending on qualifications
and experience.
