Dear Colleagues,
I have been asked to purchase for our Library DVDs of 5 "Beur" films - French
films about the north African immigrant community. They are:
Le the au harem d'Archimede (Charef)
Hexagone (Chibane)
Baton Rouge (Bouchareb)
Cheb (Bouchareb)
Le the a la menthe (Bahloul)
I can't find them for sale here, and Amazon.fr either doesn't list them or
says "unavailable"
Does anyone know of a likely source to buy copies? Second-hand ones gladly
considered.
We do have an ERA licence, so if by any chance there are off-air recordings
of any of these films which may be copied, I'd also be interested.
Thanks for any help or information,
Sue Gilmurray
