You do need to be slightly careful - the old CE will still publish the old
_site_ info through its GRIS (port 2135) and this can override the
current site info coming from the 3.1 CE's resource BDII.
This hasn't happened for the site BDIIs I've YAIMed in the past few
months, so maybe there's been some cleverness added to prevent this.
Otherwise, last year I got round this simply by changing the order in
which the new site BDII queries its resources, rather than mess with the
old CE configuration.
