the JISC, but your material will be very handy for a presentation Mike
Giarlo and I are giving in a few weeks at code4lib2009 [1]. The
conference looks favourably on humorous titles, so don't take this one

Simple Web Service Offering Repository Deposit (SWORD) is a
lightweight protocol for depositing repository objects over HTTP,
