Danilo,
You are trying to call obsoleted commands. All the avw* commands have
been replaced now, e.g., the avwmaths_* commands have been superseded by
the fslmaths command for quite some time.
The prelude command does exist in 4.x so I can't imagine what's wrong
with that one. Take a look at the documentation with your release.
